Asyntai AI Chatbot

Asyntai is an AI assistant for your thirty bees shop. A shopper asks a question the way they would ask a person, and the assistant answers from your own pages, your own documents and your own catalogue. It replies in the language the shopper writes in, in more than 80 languages.

What you get

An assistant that knows your shop. Asyntai reads your website and the documents you upload, so it answers questions about delivery, returns, sizes, opening hours and anything else you publish.

Answers with your prices and your stock. The module gives Asyntai a catalogue feed of your shop. The assistant tells a shopper what a product costs today and whether it is in stock today, and it shows the product as a card with a picture and a button, straight in the chat.

Leads you can act on. When a shopper leaves an email address or a phone number, Asyntai records it with the whole conversation, so you know what they wanted before you reply.

Every page, no theme work. Install the module and the chat appears on the home page, on every product page and through the whole checkout. There is nothing to paste into a template.

How to set it up

1. Create an account at asyntai.com and add your shop address.
2. Open Setup and Integration in the Asyntai dashboard and copy your widget ID.
3. Install this module, press Configure, and paste the ID. The chat is live at once.
4. Copy the catalogue feed address from the same page and paste it into the Real-Time Data Feed box in the Asyntai dashboard.

Good to know

The colours, the greeting, the assistant name and the shape of the corner button are all set in the Asyntai dashboard, so the chat matches your brand.
